Deposit / Reservation:
A non-refundable deposit of $50/Site or $100/Chalet is required to secure each reservation. Deposits can be paid by Credit Card, Cheque, or Money Order. Deposits are due within 5 days of making a booking. Failure to pay by the due date will automatically cancel the booking. Reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking. When your deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed by email or post. Please check that all details on your Booking Confirmation are correct. Full payment is required prior to or at Check-In.
Cancellation:
The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited on any cancelled booking. Deposits can be transferred to other dates, depending on availability and notice has to be given before 30 days. Any changes to bookings notice has to be given before 30 days. Bookings can only be transferred within the current Financial Year, ending 30th June. Failure to arrive or contact us on your reserved date will result in your booking being cancelled & re-sold. Management reserves the right to refuse admission. All parties agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
