Reservation Policy:
Mid Season and Long Weekend is a minimum booking 3 nights. Peak Season Christmas/New Year minimum booking 7 nights / Easter - minimum booking 7nights.
Deposits and Payments - A credit card payment of 50% on the full amount of your stay is required on booking,a one night stay requires full payment. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to you.
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings Cancelled 30 days of more Prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full (less a $30.00 booking fee). Bookings cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the deposit will be deducted. Where bookings are cancelled less than 15 days the deposit is forfeited. Bookings can be moved without penalty (dependant on availibility).
